SPRING/SUMMER TERM:

28.04.21 COVID & contact tracing over Half Term
Contact tracing for pupils is only necessary for 48Hrs after your child was last at school – for most pupils this will mean until Sunday 30th. After Bank Holiday Monday, you do not need to let the school know about a positive case unless it affects your child’s ability to return to school after the holidays. If the result is from a home testing kit (LFT) then you should still let us know but book a PCR test to confirm: https://www.warwickshire.gov.uk/covidcommunitytesting

31.03.21 COVID & contact tracing over Easter

After Sunday 4th, you do not need to let the school know about a positive case unless it affects your child’s ability to return to school after the holidays. 04.01.21 School Closure 5th January: Please note the school will be closed to ALL PUPILS on this day find out more. A reminder that if your key worker/vulnerable status has changed, or you were not at the school during the last lockdown, please email the office confirming:
– You are a key worker who needs a place
– You are a key worker who does not need a place
– You have another reason to claim a place at school (See list here)

11.12.20 COVID at Christmas: Please note that even during the Christmas Holidays, the school has an obligation to continue tracking and tracing duties should any child display symptoms or test positive. As mentioned in this week’s newsletter: If your child develops symptoms or tests positive over Christmas, you will still need to contact the school office by email.  Because we will need to inform others who may need to isolate, we need to know exactly when symptoms started, or the date of a positive test if asymptomatic.  Please put COVID in the email subject heading [email protected]

11.12.20 Updated Isolation period for contacts now 10 days: This change will apply in England, Scotland and Northern Ireland from 00:01am on Monday 14 December. It already applies in Wales. Self-isolation is essential to reducing the spread of COVID as it breaks the chains of transmission.
