Sports Day – Thursday 13th June

Don’t forget house colours for Sports Day

We are watching the weather and keeping our fingers crossed. At present it looks like the rain will hold off, but please do come prepared as it may get a little wet towards the end!

If the forecast changes markedly and we need to change plans, we will update via email, website and socials.

Parents can arrive from 1pm – event starts at 1:15 more info

PE KIT – Thursday 22nd June

ALL CHILDREN – SPORTS DAY PRACTICE

Can ALL children come in to school on Thursday in school PE kits as we are going to have a practice run of sports day.

We are having to change some things as the racing track on the field cannot be used. Due to the weather this has created some significant dips in the grass and it is too dangerous, following our risk assessment, to use. We will plot out an alternate track somewhere else. Any questions please ask your child’s teacher.

Athlete Visit & Fitness Special

It’s time to meat our Olympic athlete face-to-face and get active with her in our fitness circuits
The more you raise, the more sports equipment we get – and the children get thank you prizes too
(Sponsor forms sent home, or set up an online page; see letter sent home for details) 

Sports Day

Children will need to wear the colours of their house.
A t-shirt or coloured ribbon will suffice.

Start 13:15 – parents welcome (more details to follow)
