Learning Logs 2020-2021

Dear Parents/Carers,

The first learning log of this academic year will be issued to our Goldfinches, Kingfishers & Skylarks today. Our Robins class will be joining in the fun after the October half-term break. If your child hasn’t already done so, could they please return their Learning Log A4 book to school so that we can pop the sticker for this half-term’s learning log into their book – thank you for this. For your information, please view the presentation below. I have also included all issue and submission dates for this coming year.

If you have any questions at all, please send these in a sealed envelope for your child to pass on to their teacher, who will be very happy to help.

Let the creativity begin…

Calling all budding artists! My Democracy Design Competition.

This summer we’re celebrating 150 years of the Houses of Parliament! It took nearly 30 years to rebuild the Palace of Westminster after a devastating fire, but in 1870 it was finally completed with the beautiful mosaic tiles in Central Lobby.

To help us celebrate, Sir Lindsay Hoyle, Speaker of the House of Commons is calling on budding young artists to take part in an exciting summer art competition to design their own democracy themed tile!

Good luck to all!
