FOSM Welcome Letter & AGM

We will be holding our Annual General Meeting on Thursday 3rd October 7-9pm @ school.

A chance for old and new faces to get together, enjoy an evening of wine and nibbles and chat about what you would like to see from FOSM.

We are also currently a very small team of three, so welcome anyone who would like to get involved! At the AGM we re-elect committee roles (currently have secretary and trustee roles available), discuss what events to hold this year, what we could fund and most importantly we love to hear any new ideas! Whether you would like to take on a role, help at an event, have skills we could benefit from, new ideas, or just want to see what goes on, join us!

No commitments, no obligations, just a chance to come together as a school community to pool ideas for raising more money in 24/25! At the very least you’ll be able to get out of doing the bedtime routine and enjoy some wine!! Bring a friend, grandparent or spouse, all are welcome.

Can you help?

FOSM Mother’s Day Gift Room

Please join us in the hall from 2:30pm for hot drinks and cake.

Children can also buy a gift ticket (£3) which enables them to buy a Mother’s Day gift in secret. Gift tickets can be purchased in advance from https://www.peoplesfundraising.com/shop/mother-s-and-other-s-buy-a-gift there is also a chance to buy gift tickets on the day.

Raffle Tickets are here!

Children will shortly bring home raffle tickets to sell per family for our fantastic Christmas Prize Raffle.
If you need extra books – or have family and friends you won’t see before the big day – you can buy online too:

The draw takes place on Monday 18th December and all stubs, money and unsold tickets need to be returned to the school (via your class teacher) by Thursday 14th December at the latest.

JOIN US TONIGHT!

Welcome BBQ 3:20pm – 6pm

Our Welcome BBQ will now be run straight after school to enable more people to join us.
Grownups collecting children from the yard (Year 1-6) will be able to cut across to the field straight after pick-up via the link corridor by the staffroom.

On the field will be a funded Inflatable, our usual 50p Friday treats, Hot Dogs, a licensed bar, an ice cream station and a few games!

We can’t wait to see you all!
