FOSM Welcome Letter & AGM
We will be holding our Annual General Meeting on Thursday 3rd October 7-9pm @ school.
A chance for old and new faces to get together, enjoy an evening of wine and nibbles and chat about what you would like to see from FOSM.
We are also currently a very small team of three, so welcome anyone who would like to get involved! At the AGM we re-elect committee roles (currently have secretary and trustee roles available), discuss what events to hold this year, what we could fund and most importantly we love to hear any new ideas! Whether you would like to take on a role, help at an event, have skills we could benefit from, new ideas, or just want to see what goes on, join us!
No commitments, no obligations, just a chance to come together as a school community to pool ideas for raising more money in 24/25! At the very least you’ll be able to get out of doing the bedtime routine and enjoy some wine!! Bring a friend, grandparent or spouse, all are welcome.

FOSM Mother’s Day Gift Room
Please join us in the hall from 2:30pm for hot drinks and cake.
Children can also buy a gift ticket (£3) which enables them to buy a Mother’s Day gift in secret. Gift tickets can be purchased in advance from https://www.peoplesfundraising.com/shop/mother-s-and-other-s-buy-a-gift there is also a chance to buy gift tickets on the day.

Christmas Raffle Draw
Each family has been issued a set of raffle tickets to sell.
If you would like to purchase tickets, please fill out the stubs and return them, with the money, to the school office by Thursday 14th December.
If you don’t wish to buy any, or have any left over, please also return these tickets to the school office so we can sell on.

The draw takes place on Monday 18th December and all stubs, money and unsold tickets need to be returned to the school (via your class teacher) by Thursday 14th December at the latest.
Supper with Santa
Wear your PJs and bring your favourite teddy

Come and join us for our fabulous new Supper with Santa!
- Enjoy a selection of savoury and sweet treats plus popcorn and short festive films
- Warm up with hot chocolate with cream and marshmallows
- Visit Santa in his magical grotto and receive a gift
- Have fun decorating Christmas treats and creating Christmas crafts
Costs:
- Tickets £10 per child
- Sibling discounts available at £18 for 2 X children,
£25 for 3 X children
(please note, these are for SIBLINGS ONLY) - Adults are free* and there will be Bailey’s hot chocolate and mulled wine available to purchase.
All children must be accompanied by an adult
